Working Student: Data Management & AI

As an IT-specialized educational provider, GFN GmbH supports people nationwide in their further education and career reorientation.

For our projects around CRM, data management, and AI, we are looking for you as a part-time working student.

Do you enjoy working in a structured way, quickly getting to grips with complex topics and translating them into practical solutions? Do you want to not only use AI but also help shape it yourself, and do so in a small team where you take on responsibility from the start?

Responsibilities

• You will support the further development of our in-house CRM system.
• You will maintain our digital course offerings and keep them up-to-date.
• You will prepare and analyze data and derive insights from it.
• You will develop your own AI applications and AI agents and test them in everyday work.
• You will identify opportunities to make processes simpler and more efficient, and implement improvements.
• You will work closely with our developers and specialist departments and document agreements and results.
• You will take responsibility for your own tasks and actively drive projects forward.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Management, or a comparable degree program
• You have a good technical understanding and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new systems and processes
• You work carefully, in a structured and reliable manner, and handle confidential data responsibly
• You have initial experience with ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar tools and are enthusiastic about AI. CRM systems, data analysis, or reporting are not foreign to you. Ideally, you have already created or used AI agents
• You are interested in process improvements and the practical application of AI and automation
• You communicate clearly, adhere to agreements; you speak and write German very well
