What awaits you:

We are currently launching new projects where we think AI-first from the start – from development to product idea. Topics like tourism, mental health, and the music industry meet modern software stacks and AI-supported development. If you're eager to build things with us that don't smell like off-the-shelf enterprise but actually make a difference, then we're looking for you!

Tasks

• You will work with AI agents in code (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) and review their results yourself.

• You will prepare data and consolidate sources, for example from databases, interfaces, and tracking.

• You will answer questions from product and customer projects with You will formulate hypotheses, perform exploratory analysis, and statistically verify results.

• You will plan and evaluate experiments, e.g., A/B tests.

• You will build analyses and dashboards that enable product and customers to make decisions.

• You will ensure data quality: duplicates, missing values, plausibility.

• You will bring solutions from prototype to production with the team, including deployment and monitoring.

• You will explain results clearly and openly state their limitations.

• You will share knowledge, with people and with AI agents.

• You will work closely with product, UX, and development. Our AI Officer will provide technical guidance.

• You will work with guidance and take on initial individual tasks yourself.

Qualification

• You are enrolled and studying Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Personal projects count just as much.

• You are proficient in Python. Git and maintainable code are a given for you.

• You work with Python and R and have a basic understanding of databases (SQL).

• You are familiar with data visualization, experimental design, and the basics of statistics.

• AI-supported development (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) is part of your daily routine.

• You ask questions when data and requirements don't align and handle confidential data carefully.

• You reflect on your work and share knowledge. Tutoring experience is a plus.

• You speak German at C1 and English at B2 level.

• You do not need professional experience.
