Your Position

• Data & Process Excellence: Analysis, further development, and scaling of data-related processes and structures in close cooperation with Operations
• Dashboard & Reporting: Creation, maintenance, and further development of dashboards and reports in Looker to support data-based decision-making
• Data Analyses: Conducting analyses and ad-hoc evaluations based on structured data (e.g., using SQL)
• Stakeholder Management: Close coordination between Product, Tech, Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure consistent data and clearly defined KPIs
• Operative Support: Participation in the daily business of the CEO Office, particularly with regard to data-related questions and cross-departmental coordination

Your Profile

• You are still enrolled at a German university for at least two semesters, ideally in an economics, business informatics, or technical degree program, and can support us 20 hours per week
• You bring first-hand practical experience with data, reporting, or analytics
• You have good SQL skills, ideally supplemented by first experiences with BI tools (e.g., Looker) or data models
• You work structured, reliable, and independently and bring very good analytical skills
• You possess a high degree of hands-on mentality and tackle topics proactively
• You have excellent organizational talent and can manage multiple topics parallelly
• You possess very good communication skills and confidently address different stakeholders
• You work reliably, discreetly, and with a high sense of responsibility
