At EDTELLIGENT, a rising EdTech company, we are looking for a motivated intern in the field of Data Engineering who will support us in advancing our mission.
We specialize in data- and software-based solutions for education providers in the adult education sector and focus on overcoming the challenges of the skills shortage.

Tasks
- Meaningful work in the EdTech field: Become part of an innovative EdTech company and shape the digitalization of the education market in Germany. With your work, you will directly support education providers, learners, and teachers.
- Customer-oriented analyses: Design Looker Studio reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights into market data for our customers and help them make informed decisions.
- Excellence in Data Warehousing: Expand and improve our modern Data Warehouse, aiming to meet the needs of our customers ideally.
- Web-Scraping initiatives: Use Web-Scraping tools and techniques to collect and structure external data sources.
- Collaborative team environment: Become part of a young, dynamic, and solution-oriented team that values innovation and teamwork.
Qualification
- Data Warehousing expertise: Fundamentally practical experience in building and managing Data Warehouses, including schema design, optimization, and ETL processes.
- Experience with BI tools, ideally Looker Studio: Ability to design, create, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards that provide customers with clear and actionable insights.
- Web-Scraping knowledge: Mastery of Web-Scraping tools and techniques for collecting, cleaning, and integrating external data sources into our data ecosystem.
- Advantageous: Practical experience in creating and executing custom Web Scrapers.
- Programming skills: Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or SQL for data processing and pipeline creation.
- Customer-oriented thinking: Understanding of how customer requirements can be implemented into technical solutions.
- Collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and work across teams.
- German language skills: Proficiency in German and English on level B2 or higher, allowing for effective communication with the team, customers, and stakeholders.
