Working Student Data & Automation (M/F/D)

Our Data & Automation Team supports other departments within the OMR cosmos, including the Sales & Partnerships Team, in managing the most exciting national and international partners from the digital and brand sector. In addition to our OMR Festival, the product portfolio includes numerous podcast formats, a job board, the software review platform OMR Reviews, and our extensive OMR Education products, among many others.

Are you highly analytically skilled, do you love consolidating and analyzing numbers, data, and facts? Do you enjoy drawing strategic conclusions from data that truly make a difference? Then we look forward to hearing from you!

• You have an eye for processes and are eager to automate existing workflows and gain insights from data.
• You will support the creation, preparation, and further development of the Sales & Partnerships strategy and annual planning.
• You will analyze and prepare the strategic goals of our partners and identify potential within the OMR cosmos.
• You will analyze various data sources (including CRM data, Statista, etc.) and create processes, including evaluations and analyses, to improve our sales activities.
• You will research potentially new industries, industry sectors, and contacts.
• You will increase data quality, link data within the OMR cosmos, and prepare it in dashboard and presentation format.
• You will research and evaluate the existing tool stack at OMR and the best tools on the market.
• You will work closely with our Sales & Partnerships Team and, across departments, with many other teams from the OMR cosmos.
• You won't just be executing tasks; you will actively contribute your own ideas and initiative.

• You are an enrolled student at a German university - in the field of IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or a comparable degree program.
• You are proficient in essential programs for your job, such as Google Workspace and CRM systems, and have a strong interest and understanding of automation and script tools (e.g., make.com, Zapier, n8n).
• You have initial knowledge of SQL or programming languages like Python or TypeScript.
• Ideally, you have already worked with Google Suite tools.
• You think analytically and have a good eye for numbers, data, and facts.
• You work in a structured, goal-oriented, and independent manner.
