Junior Cutter & Visual Content (m/w/d)

We are an agency for Social Media Strategy and Cultural Marketing. We work for renowned clients with a clear focus on Social Media Communication – from strategy to content. For this, we are looking for a junior cutter and visual content creator who edits Reels and designs Carousel Postings: handcrafted, platform-specific, with a sense of what works.

Tasks

You will edit Reels that speak the language of the respective platform (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) – from raw material to finished posting

You will design Carousel Postings

You will work according to Brand Guidelines – and know when a brief allows for some creative freedom

You will bring current formats and cutting-edge trends into the team

You will work closely with our strategy team

Qualification

You are studying Communication Design or something similar

Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Cloud

A genuine interest and enthusiasm for Social Media – you understand why content works, not just that it does

Openness to AI tools as part of your design process – desirable, but not a must-have

Experience with Asana is a plus, but no requirement

A portfolio or early work that shows your sense for motion graphics and visual design
