Tasks

Your tasks

• Processing customer inquiries via email (questions about products, orders, and deliveries)
• Caring for our existing customers and subscription holders
• Answering and moderating customer questions in social media comments
• Maintaining and categorizing tickets in the customer support system
• Supporting returns, complaints, and general service cases
• Passing on customer feedback to product development and marketing

Qualification

You bring this with you

• Enrolled student at a university or college
• Very good written German and a friendly, empathetic manner of expression
• Structured and reliable working style – even in home office
• Pleasure in helping people and finding solutions
• Safe handling of digital tools and communication tools
• Interest in dogs, animal health or nutrition is a plus
