Your Role

As a Working Student: Customer Service (m/f/d) at FINN, you will be responsible for our written customer communication. You will start in the area of final billing after vehicle return, a key position where diligence and a good understanding of our customers are particularly important. Your knowledge will grow with your tasks: step by step, you will get to know further topics along the customer journey. In this way, you actively shape our service quality and make a crucial contribution to customer satisfaction in one of Germany's fastest-growing scale-ups.

Your Working Hours & Flexibility as a Working Student:

Onboarding: Monday to Friday, flexible scheduling between 08:00 and 19:00.
After Onboarding: Extended working hours window from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 22:00 possible.
Scope: 20 hours per week – you can flexibly schedule your shifts within this framework.

Your Mission

You will handle written customer inquiries in our expert area of final billing carefully and efficiently. You will also maintain an overview in case of complaints, check concerns solution-oriented, and communicate decisions clearly and comprehensibly.

You will work with modern customer service tools like Zendesk to cleanly prioritize inquiries and process them within deadlines. In complex cases, you will exchange closely with our specialist teams.

You will notice recurring problems – with your feedback, you help us to continuously improve our processes even further.
