Aufgaben

As Werkstudent:in, you will support us in designing modern customer experiences and setting new standards for digital consulting communication. Our goal is to guide interested parties quickly, personally, and efficiently through chat, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels. To achieve this, we are developing new CRM structures, automated consulting processes, and AI-based customer service solutions. You will help us shape these solutions content-wise and create a customer experience that is simple, helpful, and conversion-driven.

• You will develop conversion-strong content for digital lead & consulting tracks, chat flows, WhatsApp communication, and other touchpoints together with the team.
• You will support the setup, introduction, and further development of our new CRM system.
• You will structure contents, question logics, and conversation flows so that customers are guided through their concerns in a clear and easy-to-understand manner and can find the right solution quickly.
• You will test new consulting tracks, chat flows, and automations, analyze user behavior, and derive concrete improvement ideas from it.
• You will take on small projects around customer experience, CRM, digital consulting, content structure, automation, and AI-based customer service.

Qualifikation

• You are an enrolled student with a focus on Digital Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a comparable field.
• You are interested in digital customer experiences, automated consulting, chatbots, AI applications, and modern customer communication.
• You have a good understanding of how digital communication should be built to be understandable, helpful, and convincing.
• You are eager to learn new CRM, chat, automation, and customer service tools.
• First experiences with CRM systems, sales, project management, or web development are helpful.
• You have very good grades, work structured, independently, and carefully.
• You bring excellent German language skills in writing and speaking, and you feel most comfortable in a team.
