CRM Student (m/w/d)

We are looking for a CRM student (m/w/d) to work 20 hours per week. In this role, you will be working on exciting CRM projects along the entire customer journey and actively shaping our customer communication.

Tasks

• Ensuring the quality and consistent brand communication at all our CRM touchpoints
• Analyzing our customer journey and deriving suitable CRM measures
• Creating and refining customer segments based on behavior, purchase history or interests of our customers
• Planning and creating email and WhatsApp campaigns
• Maintaining and further developing our newsletter tracks (e.g. Welcome, Post-Purchase, etc.).
• Implementing A/B tests for campaigns and flows
• Evaluating the campaign and A/B test results with our BI department
• Further developing our CRM dashboards
• Closely collaborating with Brand, Sales Marketing, and Product Management

Qualification

• You are studying business administration, marketing, communication, media management or comparable
• You are interested in CRM, email marketing, and customer journeys
• You work structured and meticulously and have a good eye for details
• You enjoy working with data, segments, and evaluations
• You write confidently in German and have a good sense of tone and brand
• You take on tasks independently and assume responsibility
• You are a team player, communicate openly and are eager to work together with Brand, Marketing, and Product to create strong customer experiences
