Now we're looking for you: As Werkstudent:in CRM & E-Mail-Marketing. You plan and execute email campaigns along the entire customer journey, build automated nurture flows in HubSpot, and segment target groups precisely according to behavior and lifecycle stage. With an analytical eye, you evaluate campaign KPIs and lead concrete measures from them.

Aufgaben

• E-Mail-Kampagnen planen & umsetzen: You plan and execute email campaigns along the entire customer journey – from initial awareness to conversion.
• Nurture-Flows & Automatisierungen aufbauen: You build nurture flows and automated sequences in HubSpot and maintain them continuously.
• Zielgruppen segmentieren: You segment contact lists according to behavior, lifecycle stage, and company profile, so that you can address the right people at the right time.
• Performance auswerten & Maßnahmen ableiten: You analyze campaign KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and lead concrete recommendations from them.
• Abteilungsübergreifend zusammenarbeiten: You work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Partner Management to shape campaign contents in a target-group-oriented and consistent manner.
• A/B-Tests entwickeln & optimieren: You develop A/B tests for subject lines, content, and CTAs and use the results to continuously improve.
• CRM-Struktur weiterentwickeln: You work on further developing our CRM structure and ensure clean data maintenance.

Qualifikation

• You are studying Marketing, Communication, Economics, Media or a comparable field.
• You already have practical experience with HubSpot (e.g. in the area of campaigns, workflows or contact management).
• You have a keen eye for design details like typography, spacing, and visual consistency and can ensure that our templates are always implemented consistently.
• Sustainability topics excite you and you want to communicate complex content creatively, understandably, and target-group-specifically.
• You work organized, proactively, and reliably and enjoy taking on small projects independently.
• You have regularly 20 hours per week time – in the semester breaks maybe even more if it suits you.
