We're looking for a Werkstudent:in to have direct impact in our Creator Management team! You'll find the right faces for our Ads, build real relationships and turn ideas into clear briefings that really perform.

At trafficdesign – High-End-Performance-Marketing – you'll work with AI-tools, smart workflows and a team that supports and empowers you. Location: Cologne – close to our Art Directors, right in the Creator Bubble 🚀

Aufgaben

• **Creator-Scouting:**You'll spot suitable faces, review video-samples and bring fresh Creators into our campaigns – accurately and quickly.
• **Pool-Pflege:**You'll keep our Creator pool clean, tag smart and ensure we're ready for every briefing instantly.
• **Beziehungsaufbau:**You'll regularly call Creators, listen, motivate – and read between the lines to make cooperation really good.
• **Briefing-Fit:**You'll take creation concepts, bring them to a point and translate them into executable Creator briefings – ready for implementation.
• **Projekt-Flow:**You'll juggle parallel requests, set clear priorities and keep all stakeholders aligned with snappy updates.
• **Verantwortung:**You'll shape processes actively, test new approaches in Creator Management and take responsibility to make our setup better every month.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: You know Social- & Creator-Marketing from studies, own projects or first jobs and have the desire to take on responsibility.
• Social-Media-Liebe: Insta & TikTok are your home – you understand Creator content, trends and what really performs.
• Kommunikationstalent: You like talking, actively listening and winning people over the phone in seconds.
• Strukturgeber:in: You organize requests parallel, set priorities and stay clear and reliable even in chaos.
• Briefing-Übersetzer:in: You formulate precise, give valuable feedback and turn ideas into clear Creator briefings.
• Sprachskills: Perfect German and good English.
