Qualifikation

You don't have to be an expert in education or training (m/w/d), but you must be eager to take on new challenges. This role is not for people who seek fixed routines, the task area is broad and grows with you. I'm looking for someone with genuine drive: enthusiasm for a growing startup, willingness to take responsibility and move things forward independently. For that, there's a steep learning curve waiting for you.

Important: You should still be about 1 year away from completing your studies, the goal is to secure a permanent position afterwards.

You bring with you:

• Studies (e.g. Business Administration, Communication, Media, Marketing, Social Sciences, etc.), still about 1 year until graduation
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Genuine drive and startup mentality: you take on new challenges and think ahead
• Experience with social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) in creation and planning
• Familiarity with CapCut or similar editing programs
• Clear and professional communication

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Interest in HR, education, or the speaker business
• Technical affinity: CRM, Eventbrite, newsletter tools, KI tools & co.
• First experiences with podcast editing
