Intern: Creative Strategy & Performance Marketing (m/w/d)

We are looking for an intern Werkstudent:in Creative Strategy & Performance Marketing (m/w/d) for 20 hours per week.

Tasks

• Brainstorming, concept development, and creation of our Paid-Creatives (both statics and videos as well as UGCs) are a central part of your daily routine
• Development of creative concepts based on performance data, trends, and insights
• Closely coordinating with our Performance-Marketing-Manager to further develop the concepts based on data
• Creation of own image and video creatives in front of the camera
• Communication and coordination with external UGC-Creators
• Preparation of clear briefings, including script ideas, hooks, and content guidelines for UGC-Creators
• Reviewing, selecting, and quality controlling incoming Creator videos
• Analyzing the performance of Creator creatives and deriving optimization measures

Qualification

• You are studying Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a comparable field
• You have an interest in Performance Marketing, Paid Social, and Creative Strategy
• You think creatively and make data-based decisions
• You enjoy creating creatives independently, implementing them, and further developing them
• You are not afraid to stand in front of the camera and try things out
• You work structured, reliably, and take responsibility
