Do you want to understand how controlling really works in a company with a turnover of around €400 million? At momox, you will work with real figures and analyses from the start and learn how we use AI, automation, and data to achieve a lot with a small team.

As a Working Student: Controlling (m/f/d), you will support our controlling team in operational day-to-day business. You don't need any controlling experience for this. What's important to us is that you are curious, work meticulously, and want to understand what lies behind our figures.

What You Will Master

• You will support weekly and monthly reporting, prepare data and tables, and check figures for plausibility
• You will participate in analyses for various departments and learn our most important key figures step by step
• You will use AI tools for data preparation, initial analyses, and small automations – we will show you how we work with them
• You will maintain overviews and dashboards and ensure that the information remains up-to-date and reliable
• You will question results (including those from AI tools) before they are used further
• You will independently take on smaller analyses as your experience grows
• You will collaborate with various departments, gaining direct insight into our operational business

What You Bring

• You are studying Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, (Business) Mathematics, or a comparable degree program and are still enrolled for at least 12 months
• You have basic Excel skills and can work with formulas, sorting, and filtering functions, for example
• You work meticulously and check if figures or results do not seem plausible
• You enjoy understanding correlations and learning about new topics
• You work pragmatically and tackle tasks independently
• Proficient (B2) German language skills and fluent (C1) English language skills
