Your Position

We offer you the opportunity to take on responsibility, question processes, and actively develop them further during your studies. Your tasks will include:

• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - you actively support us in day-to-day operations and learn what really matters in financial reporting.
• Preparation of reports and financial analyses - your evaluations provide the basis for sound decisions – for specialist departments, managers, and other stakeholders in the company.
• Accompanying and optimizing intercompany reconciliations - you contribute to ensuring that our internal group settlements are correct – structured, understandable, and on time.
• Analysis of data quality in management reporting - you investigate anomalies, analyze accounts and cost centers along the P&L and balance sheet, and assist in clarifying deviations.
• Managing and optimizing data flows between Lucanet and Looker – you transfer data between our systems, ensure that it is accurately and consistently represented in our dashboards, and help us to continuously improve data quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Performing data imports into our Lucanet database - you are independently responsible for ensuring that our figures are displayed correctly, completely, and up-to-date in the systems.
• Participation in exciting projects in controlling - you contribute and help us to actively optimize and automate processes

Your Profile

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar field of study, and are at least two semesters away from graduation and already in an advanced semester
• You can contribute 16-20 hours per week to advancing the Finance area
• You enjoy analyzing financial data in Excel – Pivot tables and formulas are not new territory for you
• First practical experience in Accounting/Controlling and process automation
• Ideally, you already have initial experience with DATEV, Lucanet, and/or Looker
• You possess very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• You work in a structured, self-reliant manner and enjoy analytical thinking
• You want to take on responsibility instead of just completing tasks
