Tasks

  • As a student assistant in accounting/controlling, you support customer teams in financial topics such as cost calculations, forecasts, offers, and invoices.
  • You take over the formal and technical review of budgets in Excel and check offers and invoices for correctness.
  • You also support with invoice preparation and control open settlement positions and costs in projects.
  • For our public clients, you upload invoices to various e-invoicing portals.
  • You work closely together and coordinated with project leaders, financial accounting, and controlling.

Qualification

  • You are enrolled at a state-recognized university and have a remaining study period of at least 18 months.
  • Your schedule allows you to work at least 15 hours per week on site in the office.
  • You are familiar with MS Office products, especially Excel, and use them securely.
  • You bring an excellent affinity for numbers and ideally have first experiences in the field of accounting or controlling.
  • You are open, eager to communicate with people, and willing to contribute to a good working atmosphere.
  • You have a self-reliant, reliable, and efficient work style and possess a high level of team- and service-orientedness.
  • You have excellent verbal and written expression skills in German (C2).
