Job description
Content is a central part of our Growth Engine at mika. As an intern, you will work directly in the Growth Team and support the production and publication of content across all channels: Podcast, Social Media, Blog, Video. You will gain insight into the entire content creation process and take on your own tasks.
Tasks
Your Tasks
- Podcast: Record and edit audio files (Riverside, CapCut), create thumbnails and episode descriptions, publish on all platforms, cut shorts for Social Media and add captions.
- Content & Social Media: Create graphics and mockups for Instagram and LinkedIn (Figma, Canva), implement ad graphics for Google, Meta, and Reddit, support content planning and idea generation.
- Blog & Website: Research and write blog posts, maintain and update podcast website.
- Video: Review and edit raw material, assist with product videos or other recordings.
- Presentations: Create and maintain slides for various occasions.
Qualification
What you bring
- Ongoing studies in the field of Media, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or comparable.
- First experience in content creation, whether through internships, personal projects, or student activities.
- A good feeling for texts, image language, and social media formats.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar programs.
- Interest in digital products and new tools, first experiences with AI.
- Very good German skills in writing and speaking.
