About us

Immortal is a specialized recruitment agency for the property management industry. We fill key commercial roles – property managers, WEG managers, and property accountants – for small to medium-sized property management companies across Germany.

Our approach differs fundamentally from classical headhunting: transparent fixed price instead of commission, data-based selection instead of gut feeling, and an appointment rate of 89% with the first presented candidate. We know what we're talking about – and exactly that's what we want to talk about now.

What we lack is a strong content presence that showcases our expertise. That's where you come in.

Tasks

Your role

You will build the content foundation together with us, positioning Immortal as a thought leader in the industry. You will work closely with the founder and a social media specialist who is already responsible for video content and social media channels.

Content Marketing (about 75% of your time):

• Research, write, and publish blog articles on our website
• Create SEO-optimized content that reaches our target audience through Google
• Design newsletters and email campaigns (Mailchimp)
• Maintain and update landing pages and website content
• Design brochures, handouts, and presentation materials (e.g., for trade shows)
• Develop a editorial calendar and coordinate content themes

Assistance & Organization (about 25% of your time):

• Contact candidates and coordinate interview appointments
• Provide general organizational support in daily business
• Perform simple bookkeeping tasks

Qualification

You bring with you:

• Ongoing studies, ideally in marketing, communication, media, or a related field
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking (native level) – you write texts that our target audience takes seriously
• Experience in writing texts for digital channels (blog, newsletter, website)
• Familiarity with SEO and email marketing
• Proficiency in using tools like Canva, WordPress, or similar CMS
• Independent, structured work style – you will mainly work remotely and need to be able to organize yourself
• Willingness to take on organizational and administrative tasks
• A valid driving license is a plus
