Work Student*in Content Creator / Brandface (m/w/d)

The BlueMax Theater in Berlin is your stage – even behind the camera. As a Work Student*in (approx. 15 hours per week) you are directly on site, capturing special moments and making the theater experience come alive on Social Media for thousands of people.

Tasks

• You share insights into the daily life of the theater and make the theater online experiential
• You tell stories around the theater, its shows, and its people
• You implement the Social Media strategy for the BlueMax Theater on site in coordination with the marketing team at the head office
• You develop your own content ideas and implement them
• You represent Social Media at the theater and encourage others to share content within the guidelines
• You build a community that always wants to go back to the BlueMax Theater

Qualification

• You are currently studying media or marketing and are passionate about theater, musicals & shows - or you are studying performing arts and have an affinity for Social Media
• You enjoy Social Media, have a high platform understanding especially for Instagram, and are always up-to-date with trends
• You can think creatively and authentically tell stories, but also organize the implementation of content
• You work independently within a coordinated framework
• You feel comfortable in front of the camera and can inspire others to implement content together
• Nice to have: You can handle common apps for graphic and video production (e.g. Canva, CapCut) as well as Social Media management (e.g. Business Suite)
