Content Creation Intern (m/w/d)

You have a good sense of content, know how to tell stories across different channels – and prefer to act rather than discuss? Then we should get to know each other.

Tasks

You will work closely with the management team and be responsible for the operational implementation of our marketing strategy, particularly in the area of Content & Social Media. Specifically:

• Operational implementation of the planinja marketing strategy, especially through Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
• Conceptualization and implementation of storytelling around planinja, our themes, and individual Ninjas
• Building and further development of the personal branding of the management team• Preparation, accompaniment, and follow-up on events and speaker appearances (content ideas, postings, visual assets)
• Collaboration on additional marketing assets, e.g.: podcast, community events, etc.
• Independent planning, production including editing of Reels & Short Videos

Qualification

This is what we expect from you:

You work very self-organized, think ahead, and don't need detailed to-do listsYou are a maker with a good feeling for timing, tone, and placement on different channelsYou have fun planning and implementing content

• You ideally have prior experience in producing, planning, and editing Reels or Short Videos
• You're interested in marketing, communication, personal branding, and current social trends
• You are currently studying (e.g. marketing, communication, media, business administration, design, or comparable)
