Hydraid® is a rapidly growing startup for functional Hydration. Our Hydration Helper helps the body rehydrate faster after exercise and is optimized for the regeneration phase after exercise. Our goal: to become the brand for smart rehydration in Germany and Europe.

About the Role

You're passionate about Social Media, UGC, and the Creator World? You keep track of many parallel collaborations and communicate well with people? Then support our Marketing Team and shape how our brand grows through authentic content.

Tasks

• UGC Creator Management: You're the central point of contact for our Creators throughout the entire process – friendly, reliable, and always on point.
• Creator-Sourcing, Seeding & Briefings: You support our Creative Team in selecting suitable Creators, create clear briefings, and ensure that products are delivered to Creators on time.
• Content-Review & Feedback: You organize thorough content reviews, review it together with the team for quality and brand conformity, and provide constructive feedback.
• Trend-Scouting: You have a sense for new Creators, formats, and trends on TikTok, Instagram & Co. and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Coordination & Organization: You keep track of timelines, deliverables, and contracts and ensure that campaigns are implemented smoothly.
• Influencer-Partnerships: You support in planning, implementing, and managing influencer partnerships – from initial contact to evaluation.

Qualification

• You're an enrolled student:in, ideally in the field of Marketing, Media, Communication, or a comparable program.
• You have a good sense for Social-Media-Trends and authentic content.
• You communicate safely, structured, and reliably – both written and orally.
• You work organized and keep track of multiple projects.
• First experience in Influencer-Marketing, Creator Management, or Social Media is a plus, but not necessary.
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills round out your profile.
