Aufgaben

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You are responsible for monitoring and responding to service inquiries via social media for our customers from the FMCG industry.
• You write careful and creative responses for user inquiries.
• You create reports in Excel, PowerPoint format, and using our reporting tools.
• You take on small projects independently in social media management.
• You support our social media team with tasks in our daily business.

Qualifikation

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are a registered student.
• You are available up to 20 hours per week.
• You have fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking.
• You work independently and structured.
• You can communicate well, have a quick understanding, and a high sense of self-responsibility.
• You can write short texts linguistically appealing and error-free.
• You are open, tolerant, and eager to join the #OneTwoTeam.
• If something doesn't work as it should, you master problem-solving oriented.
• You are willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
