Working Student Community Management (m/f/d)
Job description
For our locations in Mainz or Berlin, we are looking for a working student in Community Management (m/f/d) for up to 20 hours per week, initially on a temporary basis, as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- You will take care of the communities of customer channels such as those of Bares für Rares, 37 Grad, and ZDFkultur
- You see the comment section as your playing field and conscientiously, enthusiastically, and empathetically answer community questions
- You are a solution-oriented interface between our public broadcasting clients and their social media communities
- You support the editorial team in crisis management and skillfully smooth things over
- You provide background information, research further ideas, and set things right
- You work closely with our social media teams and provide input from the community for contributions on various channels
- In consultation with the teams, you create your own texts and concepts for social media posts and support the topic generation for formats
Your Profile
- You are ideally studying humanities, media, or communication sciences or a similar field
- You possess very good communication skills and a high standard of quality
- You are confident in writing, strike the right tone, and handle the written word with ease
- You are at home in the social media world and have a good sense for network-relevant trends and platforms
- You can concentrate well even under time pressure; stress resistance is essential
- You are reliable and work precisely and independently
- You enjoy researching information and have a strong understanding of reputable sources
- You are a team player, communicative, and ideally already have initial experience in community management
- You are proficient in using common Adobe & MS Office applications
- You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
