Working Student Community Management (m/f/d)

For our locations in Mainz or Berlin, we are looking for a Working Student Community Management (m/f/d) for up to 20 hours per week, initially for a fixed term, as soon as possible.

• You see the comment section as your playground and answer the community's questions conscientiously, with commitment, and great empathy.
• You are a solution-oriented interface between our public broadcasting clients and their social media communities.
• You resolve conflicts and thus foster a constructive discussion atmosphere on ZDF's social media channels.
• You support the editorial team in crisis management and skillfully smooth ruffled feathers.
• You provide background information, research further ideas, and set things straight.
• You work closely with our social media teams and provide input from the community for contributions on various channels.

• You ideally study humanities, media, or communication sciences, or a similar field.
• You possess very good communication skills and a high standard of quality.
• You are confident in writing, strike the right tone, and handle the written word with ease.
• You are at home in the social media world (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) and have a good sense for relevant online trends, memes, and platforms.
• You can concentrate well even under time pressure, are resilient, and crisis-proof.
• You work reliably, precisely, and independently.
• You enjoy research and have a strong understanding of reputable sources.
• You act as a team player, communicate openly, and ideally have already gained initial experience in community management.
• You have a very good general education and are interested in political, economic, historical, and social issues.
• You are willing to work on weekends, holidays, and during off-peak hours.
• You are enrolled for at least one more year.
• You are proficient in using common MS Office applications.
• You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
