Working Student: Community Management (m/f/d)

We are looking for a working student: Community Management (w/m/d) at our Berlin location to support our team, working 20 hours per week. The salary is €1,566 gross per month, and as a working student, you are fully entitled to our offered benefits.

As a Working Student: Community Management, you will be right in the middle of the world of social media. You will support our team in managing various brand communities, be in direct exchange with their target audiences, and gain exciting insights into the work of an international creative agency. The perfect entry-level position if you don't just want to consume social media, but actively shape it.

Requirements

What does the role entail?

• Community Management: You will manage the communities of various brands on different social media platforms, moderate comments, answer questions, and foster dialogue.
• Brand Communication: You will find the appropriate tonality for different target audiences and brands, and respond empathetically and solution-oriented even to critical comments.
• Monitoring & Trend-Scouting: You will observe current trends, identify relevant topics, and bring exciting insights from the communities into the team.
• Teamwork: You will work closely with our content and strategy teams and actively contribute the community perspective.
• Responsibility: You will independently take on tasks in the community management of our clients, including regularly on weekends.

What are we looking for?

• You are an enrolled student, ideally in Communications, Marketing, or a comparable field of study.
• You are enthusiastic about social media, digital trends, and communicating with diverse communities.
• You have a good feel for language, different brand tonalities, and the right way to interact with people, even in challenging situations.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus.
• You work reliably, meticulously, and independently, but you are just as happy to be part of a team.
• You bring curiosity, creativity, and a desire to learn new things and contribute your own ideas.
• You are willing to regularly work on weekends.
• Initial experience with social media management tools is an advantage, but not a requirement.
