Junior Community Management Assistant (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

As a young company with flat hierarchies, we offer you a broad spectrum of interesting tasks and development areas around our community:

• You support our Social Media Manager in interacting with our community on various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, WhatsApp, etc.)
• You respond to comments, answer questions, and actively engage in dialogue with our customers and followers.
• You follow the themes in the book bubble, participate in the exchange, and lead impulses for our content planning and creation, where you can also actively support.
• You moderate our communities on different platforms and design your own formats (surveys, groups, challenges, etc.) to involve users, for example, in product development.

Your Profile

• The most important thing: enthusiasm. For books, social media, and exchanging with our community.
• You communicate easily in German and English, both verbally and written.
• You are interested in trends and developments around social media and can recognize relevant topics for our brands.
• You are actively present on common social media platforms and have a good sense of the vibe and tone of individual channels.
• Basic Canva knowledge is an advantage.
• You work structured, self-reliant, and reliable.
• You enjoy dealing with people and always act respectfully and empathetically.
• You are book-loving, especially in genres such as fantasy, romance, or dark romance
• Will to work occasionally in the evening/weekend for a few hours
