Your Position

Whether in the comments on our social media channels or in reviews on Trustpilot and Google – a part of 1KOMMA5°'s public image is created everywhere. To ensure we react quickly, appropriately, and in line with our brand, we are looking for you to strengthen our community and review management – with a feel for language, platforms, and the people behind them.

Community Management & Review Management (your main focus)

• You will support the team in community support on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn by promptly responding to comments and messages in the tone of 1KOMMA5°
• You will assist in operational review management: You will screen new reviews on Trustpilot and Google, report any issues, and help implement appropriate measures
• You will monitor the relevant video landscape on YouTube weekly, review selected channels and contributions related to 1KOMMA5°, and pass on your observations in a structured manner to the team so that the right next steps can be initiated quickly if necessary
• You will support our Organic Traffic Machine: Immediately after new content goes live on our channels, you will actively engage in the comments of our own posts, initiate discussions, and thus help our content gain additional reach and visibility
• You will keep an eye on the logic of each platform – what works on LinkedIn doesn't automatically work on Instagram – and always communicate in the spirit of 1KOMMA5°
• You will also place our content where conversations about the energy transition, PV, heat pumps & co. are already happening – for example, by making relevant, value-adding comments on other accounts

Your Signature Project: GEO

• You will take on the topic of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) as your own small project and actively contribute content: You will help develop how our social media and community content is formulated and prepared so that it is also highly visible in AI-powered search results and answers
• You will contribute your own ideas, test new formulation approaches, and help integrate GEO gradually into our content creation

Your Profile

• You are still enrolled for at least two semesters at a German university in the field of Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration or in a comparable degree program
• You are actively using social media yourself and intuitively understand how Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn each differ – in tone, format, and target audience
• Initial experience in community or social media management is a plus, but not a must – what's more important to us is your feel for language and people.
• You write confidently and elegantly in German; English skills are an advantage
• Experience with social media management tools like Agorapulse (or comparable tools) is helpful
• A basic understanding of SEO or GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is a plus – but most importantly, you are eager to dive into this topic as your own small project and actively shape it
• You are interested in the energy transition and eager to make this topic a little more tangible every day
