Hi! We are FC Viktoria Berlin. ⚽️

Since the 2025/26 season, we play in the 2. Bundesliga – and we're here to be more than just a football club. Together with our international partner Monarch Collective, we're building something that goes far beyond the pitch: a community, a movement, a new way of thinking about women's football. Modern. Courageous. Inclusive.

  • Structured filing of materials, reports, and learnings

Addition: Support in Leadership Communication

  • Participation in social media posts and appearances by central persons (e.g. designs, timing)
  • Support in preparing and following up on selected dates & appearances
  • Maintenance of a simple content and term overview for central communication formats
  • Tight coordination with the communications & community team

Qualification

  • You enjoy live situations: matchdays, events, activations – even on evenings or weekends
  • You handle confidential information discreetly and work very meticulously
  • Topics like personal branding and leadership communication in sports interest you
  • You have excellent German language skills in writing and speaking, good English language skills are a plus

Benefits

  • A genuine insight into the operation of an ambitious 2.-Bundesliga club
  • Responsibility from day one – no coffee-making, but real co-creation
  • A diverse, motivated team with attitude, energy, and humor
  • Access to home games, events, and a strong network in sports, media & culture
  • Flexible working hours around your studies
  • An environment that changes women's football not just accompanies – but actively transforms it
