Student Assistant: Charging Ecosystem incl. AI-based Process Optimization (m/w/d) - 20h/Week

Tasks

As Student Assistant: Charging Ecosystem and Process Optimization, you will support our product management team in further developing ELMI's positioning within the charging infrastructure ecosystem.
You will work at the interface between Technology, Market, and Communication and help to translate complex topics such as OCPP, Payment, Roaming, Charging Cards, Eichrecht, and Backend Integration from theory into practice. In doing so, you will bring both technical and economic understanding to successfully coordinate the interplay of hardware, software, and market mechanisms in the EV-Charging-Ecosystem.

During this work, you will identify optimization potential in existing processes and support their implementation using AI-based tools – for example, for automating analyses, increasing efficiency in internal workflows, and data-driven decision-making support in product management and the operation of charging infrastructure.

Your tasks in detail:

• Support in building and marketing the ELMI Charging Ecosystem, particularly in the areas of OCPP-Integration, Payment, Charging Cards, Eichrecht, and Roaming
• Research and Analysis of market-, technology-, and regulation-related developments in the EV-Charging field (e.g. CPO/MSP, payment service providers, eichrechts-compliant charging)
• Creation and maintenance of content for website, presentations, brochures, and social media, which presents technical and economic aspects of the Charging Ecosystem in a comprehensible manner
• Support in communicating with partners and market players in the areas of Backend, Payment, and Roaming
• Development of internal knowledge and comparison documents to capture market trends and competitors in the EV-Charging field
• Use AI-based tools to optimize and automate existing processes

Qualification

• Enrolled student:in in the fields of Technology, Marketing, Economics, or a comparable study program
• Interest in future topics such as electromobility, energy, and technology, as well as the functioning of (AI-) agents
• Strong analytical skills for structuring and optimizing workflows
• Organizational talent and self-motivated, structured work style
• Very good German and English language skills
• First experiences with AI agents are a plus
