Working Student: Business Operations (m/f/d)

We would like to fill the position at short notice. The working student position is intended for 20 hours per week.

Would you like to gain valuable practical experience during your studies and get exciting insights into the management of a growing company? Then support our VP Services & Operations as a working student with organizational, administrative, and operational tasks and become part of our team.

• Support in the preparation and creation of customer briefings and presentations
• Involvement in the creation, review, and management of contracts and documents
• Takeover of organizational and administrative tasks in daily business
• Maintenance and updating of data, documents, and internal systems
• Support in coordinating internal and external appointments
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as documentation of results
• Close collaboration with various departments and contact persons

• Current studies in Business Administration, Sales, (Health) Management, Health Sciences, or a comparable field of study
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Organizational talent and strong service orientation
• Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Enjoy coordinating different topics and taking responsibility
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both written and spoken
