Your Tasks:

• You will work together with our Growth Managers and Business-Operations Team to process ad-hoc data requests and conduct in-depth analyses.
• You will support the conception and thorough evaluation of A/B tests and experiments, as well as translating statistical results into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Active participation in migrating our reporting landscape from Amazon QuickSight to Tableau while ensuring data integrity and correct transfer of existing visualizations.
• Improvement and maintenance of documentation for key business metrics, data sources, and analysis processes to ensure high data competence and consistency throughout the company.
• Contribution to developing and standardizing best practices for reporting and analyses within the BI Team.
• Optimization of data processing pipelines by identifying and implementing efficiency improvements, such as creating aggregated intermediate tables (ETL/ELT), to reduce query times and optimize reporting workflows for large datasets.

You Bring:

• You have a Bachelor's degree or are enrolled in the final year of your Bachelor's program in the fields of Computer Science or Data Analysis.
• You have first-hand experience with Python and SQL.
• You possess excellent communication skills (oral and written in English and German).
• You have solid experience with the Google Suite, particularly with Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility and self-accountability.
• You are looking for an internship position for at least 6 months
• Nice to have: First-hand experience as an intern or student in rapidly growing startups, consulting, or IT companies is advantageous.
