Now we're looking for you: As Werkstudent:in in Business Development, you will support our team at the interface of strategy, analysis, and operational implementation. With precise analyses and convincing presentations, you will help drive our growth data-based and structured.

Aufgaben

• Business Development & Go-to-Market-Unterstützung: You work on the further development of our Go-to-Market approaches – from research to target group analysis to the development of convincing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analysen & Auswertungen: You conduct structured market-, competition-, and customer-analyses, create evaluations, and prepare them precisely. You deliver reliable decision-making grounds.
• Präsentationen & Storytelling: You create high-quality, visually strong, and logically built presentations in PowerPoint – including clear narratives, charts, visuals, and data stories. Your slides convince, inspire, and transport content to the point.
• Business Cases & Recherchen: You support simple to medium-sized modeling, develop business cases with, and prepare research results neatly, structured, and understandable.
• Markt- & Zielgruppenrecherche: You identify new market opportunities, trends, and relevant target groups in the ESG- and Tech-field and lead concrete recommendations from them.
• Unterstützung bei operativen Projekten: You work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing together and support ongoing initiatives – reliably, structured, and hands-on.

Qualifikation

• You are currently enrolled as a student – ideally in an economic or comparable field of study.
• You have very good analytical skills and work carefully, structured, and data-oriented.
• You are strong in PowerPoint: clear folio logic, structured storytelling, convincing visualization.
• First practical experiences (e.g. internships in the startup environment, consulting, venture capital or Mittelstand) are an advantage.
• You bring a proactive, reliable work style and find pragmatic solutions.
• You communicate clearly, think quickly with, and get up to speed quickly in new topics.
• Interest in sustainability themes (ESG, CSRD, CO₂-balance) is a plus.
