acemate develops a KI-learning and teaching platform for universities and further education institutions. We have strong momentum, our first funding round is completed, and we are standing before an exciting growth phase. Therefore, we are now looking for a/n Werkstudent:in Business Development, who will accelerate our growth.

acemate was founded in 2024 and already counts among the leading KI-learning platforms for universities and further education institutions. Renowned institutions in four countries rely on us – including the University of Cologne, WHU, and the Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHKs).

Aufgaben

As Werkstudent:in Business Development, you will work closely with our CEO Antong. You will get the opportunity to directly contribute to strategic and operational key issues – from strategy and sales over marketing to product, operations, and growth. Your tasks will develop dynamically, and you will take responsibility from day one.

Your Tasks:

• Strategic Initiatives: drive market expansion and pricing, partnerships
• Data in Action: analyze product usage and user behavior, identify growth drivers, and optimize monetization
• Market and Competitor Analysis: focus on higher education and the EdTech sector.
• Internal Operations: improve workflows and processes, scale internal systems in areas like finance, investor relations, and tooling

Qualification

• You are at least in your 3rd semester of a business-related study program (BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, etc.)
• You are communicative and confident in handling German and English
• You have 16 – 20 hours per week available for this exciting challenge
• You preferably have first experience in sales or business development, but it's not a must
