Tasks

What tasks can you expect from us?

• Support in conducting Business-Impact Analyses (BIA).
• Maintenance and follow-ups of JIRA tickets.
• Quality control of submitted BIA forms.
• Creation of status overviews and support in escalations by providing Excel summaries.
• Evaluation of BIA forms and creation of summarized overviews of involved resources.
• Support in preparing workshops with stakeholders for detailed evaluation of critical processes.
• Support in preparing and conducting BCM-relevant tests.

Qualification

What do we expect from you?

• You are enrolled as a student in an economics-related study program (e.g. business administration, business informatics, etc.).
• Very good English skills in writing and speaking.
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office 365 applications.
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Spaß daran sich in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten
• Good understanding of the structure of an IT landscape.
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
• First knowledge of instruments and methods of Business Continuity or process management, as well as experience with Confluence/Jira are advantageous.
