Your Mission

Do you not just want to shuffle papers, but experience the real world of strategic management and IT consulting up close? As a working student (m/f/d) in our Business Security Consulting Team, you will work directly with our Head of Consultancy DACH.

Your mission is to build the bridge between strategic business goals and the challenges of cybersecurity. You don't have to be a technical deep-dive expert on day one – what matters to us is your drive, your analytical mind, and your understanding of business models.

Your tasks:

• Sparring partner in training: You will support the Head of Consultancy directly in strategic day-to-day business and in managing the DACH consulting business.

• Consulting up close: You will accompany client projects in the areas of Cybersecurity Strategy, Risk Management, and Compliance (e.g., NIS2, CRA, ISO 27001) and learn the tools of the trade of top consulting from scratch.

• Business & Cyber: You will analyze business models, prepare market research, and help translate abstract threats into pragmatic, value-adding strategies for C-level executives.

• Content Creation: You will create management presentations, reports, and workshop materials that succinctly convey complex issues.

• Mindset & Drive: Enthusiasm, boundless curiosity, and an extremely high willingness to learn are a matter of course for you.

• Business First: You possess strong business acumen. A genuine interest in cybersecurity is a must – but understanding that IT security must always deliver "business value" is just as important.

• Background: Enrolled at a university? Check. What exactly you are studying (from Art History to Computer Science) is completely irrelevant to us. We are not looking for pure theory experts, but doers with a hands-on mentality and a razor-sharp mind.

• Skills: You bring a structured, analytical way of working and very good German and English language skills.

• Perspective: You will be part of an international team of cybersecurity enthusiasts. As our German organization is continuously growing, you have the unique opportunity to shape our future and develop with us long-term.
