Together with our customers, we implement forward-looking projects – from the first idea to successful implementation.

Aufgaben

• Preliminary Accounting: You support our finance team in their daily operations and ensure that all processes run smoothly.
• Document Management: You take over the digital filing of documents as well as continuous document tracking.
• Payment Reconciliation & OPOS: You have a keen eye on open postings (OPOS lists) and take over independent payment reconciliation.
• Invoice Verification: You thoroughly review incoming invoices and perform simple account reconciliations.
• Finance Support: You support us enthusiastically in business evaluations and take over administrative tasks in the finance department.

Qualification

• Your Foundation: You are a registered student, ideally in the field of economics, business administration, finance & accounting or a comparable program with a focus on numbers.
• Your Motivation: Renewable energy and future models get you going and give you a reason to wake up in the morning.
• Your Mindset: You have a strong affinity for numbers, work extremely precisely, structured, and absolutely reliable.
• Your Tools: MS Office (especially Excel) is no stranger to you, and you're eager to quickly get familiar with modern accounting tools. Datev knowledge is an advantage but not a must.
• Language: You speak fluent German (C2) and can express yourself well in English (B2).
