Your Tasks

• You plan and schedule incoming service tickets for our heat pump customers.

• You coordinate the daily routes of our service technicians and ensure efficient utilization.

• You are the point of contact for appointment coordination and ensure that all parties involved have the relevant information.

• You identify urgent cases (e.g., heating failure) and ensure quick scheduling.

• You always maintain an overview of ongoing assignments, capacities, and short-term changes.

Your Profile

• Enrolled student with a service-oriented approach and enjoyment in dealing with people.

• You have an organized and structured way of working for the efficient processing of customer concerns.

• You enjoy customer communication, especially by phone.

• You ideally have experience in dispatching, assignment planning, or service coordination.

• You are characterized by a fast, yet thorough and customer-oriented way of working.

• You have excellent German language skills.
