Tasks

As a student assistant at NXT Med GmbH, you will be an important part of our team and support us in various areas. Your tasks will include:

• Research: Conducting research on potential customers and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
• Contact maintenance: Supporting with data maintenance and expanding our network.
• Administrative tasks: Assisting with project organization, documentation, and data management.
• Event management: Supporting with planning and implementation of events and meetings.
• Marketing and communication: Contributing to the creation of content for our marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, and website.

Qualification

We are looking for motivated and engaged student assistants who bring the following qualifications:

• Current studies in the field of healthcare sciences, business administration, communication, or a related field.
• Attention to detail: High accuracy and attention to detail in work, particularly in research and data management.
• Very good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written).
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• First experiences in the field of research, contact maintenance, or event management are advantageous.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
