We are looking for a student intern to develop automations that make our daily processes more efficient. You will identify repetitive tasks, analyze their automation potential, and implement solutions that save our team measurable time. This way, you will directly contribute to HOLZRICHTER Berlin growing more efficiently and focusing more on creative and strategic work.

As Automations Specialist at HOLZRICHTER Berlin, you will develop, test, and deploy automations (e.g., with n8n or similar tools). You will document workflows, including benefits, maintenance, and time savings. You will also monitor existing automations and independently troubleshoot errors. You will work closely with the Operations Lead and Process Owners in the team.

Aufgaben

• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation potential
• Development, testing, and deployment of automations (e.g., with n8n or similar tools)
• Documentation of workflows, including benefits, maintenance, and time savings
• Monitoring of existing automations and independent error troubleshooting
• Closely working with Operations Lead and Process Owners in the team
• Further development and maintenance of our playbooks, documentation of learnings and improvements
• Implementation of new automation projects from our pipeline and continuous optimization of existing processes

Qualifikation

• Enrolled study in the field of Business Informatics, Informatics, or equivalent
• Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and data structures
• Structured, analytical working style and interest in process optimization
• Self-initiative and hands-on mentality
• Good German and English skills
• Ideal experience with low-code or automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make)
• Ideal experience with AI tools or development environments like VS Code
