Working Student: Automation, AI & Process Management (m/f/d) - remote or Karlsruhe

Your tasks

• You analyze and optimize processes in various teams and projects

• You develop and build (AI-supported) automations

• You collaborate with product, development, and operations teams, gaining insights into many areas

• You create, document, and test new workflows

• You contribute your ideas and actively shape our way of working

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, or a comparable field, and have at least 1.5 years of study remaining

• You have at least 1 year of work experience as a working student in relevant areas

• You are passionate about AI, automation, and process management

• You ideally have initial experience with AI applications, no-code/low-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier), RPA tools, or programming

• You enjoy analytical thinking and optimizing processes

• You work independently and in a structured manner

• You have German language skills at C2 level and English language skills at B2 level
