Job description

Who we are.

One of the leading communication agencies in Germany with more than 300 employees. We offer the whole package: Conception, Creation, Editorial, Organization, Campaigns, Social Media, and Technological Platforms. We support clients from business, politics, society, and media. And we develop everything they need for effective communication: Social media campaigns, magazines, TV commercials, and websites. From the strategic core idea to technical implementation. Preferably for the complex issues of our time.

What to do.

  • You will contribute to 360-degree campaigns – from print to OoH to social and digital.
  • You will develop layouts, visual worlds, and visual concepts for different touchpoints.
  • You will translate campaign ideas into concrete design in collaboration with the art team.
  • You will support the adaptation of the graphical key visual down to the smallest asset.
  • You will research visual worlds, typography, and current design trends.

What you bring.

  • You are studying communication design, graphic design, media design, visual communication, or something comparable.
  • You immediately recognize whether a layout works and if the image and headline fit together – impact over trendiness, content beats form.
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite) are part of your daily routine.
  • You are familiar with current AI tools for image generation and enjoy discovering new possibilities for your creative ideas.
  • You think in 360 degrees: For you, a good idea works across many channels, not just one.
  • You work independently, conscientiously, and maintain an overview even in day-to-day business.
  • Nice-to-have: a feel for editorial design, initial experience with After Effects or motion design, and initial internships – but this is not a must.

Who we are looking for.

A working student for the Art Direction department. In Berlin. Starting immediately, preferably soon. For a collaboration of at least 18 months.

What we offer.

Complex content. Clear communication. Major clients. Relevant messages. An environment of teaching and learning. With plenty of responsibility. In addition, smart copywriters and experienced concept developers who will support you in your work. Even some who call themselves "editors". Motivated trainees who will look over your shoulder and ask smart questions. Capable art colleagues for mutual learning. Flat hierarchies that are determined not by status, but by skill, experience, and responsibility.
We live an open and lively agency culture where your individual contribution counts, so that together, with empathy and fun, we arrive at truly good solutions and results. With us, you can be exactly who you are.

If you want to stay with us after your studies, it would be a win-win for both sides.

What if it's a match?

Then we should get to know each other.
We welcome every application from qualified individuals. Of every gender and sexual identity. Of any religious affiliation. Of any age. From applicants with a migration background, People of Color, and/or people with disabilities. Re-entry candidates. Parents. Career changers. Everyone is equally welcome with us.

Feel free to send us your application documents and let us know who you are. If you wish, you can also submit your documents anonymously as a blind application – we ensure a fair and transparent selection process. We look forward to hearing from you.

And one more note: We take information security seriously – and we are pleased if you share this commitment with us.

Your contact person.

Anette Lezak.
