Working Student: AI & Knowledge Management (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

As a working student, you will support the development of digital structures and the further development of internal processes. The role combines knowledge management, data organization, and the practical application of artificial intelligence to develop new digital solutions within the company.

• Building and further developing an internal knowledge base as well as creating, structuring, and summarizing content

• Building and further developing an AI chatbot to support internal processes and as a central FAQ solution

• Ensuring structured data maintenance in internal systems as well as supporting the improvement of data quality

• Contributing to the long-term development of your own AI agent and other AI-based solutions

Your Profile

• You are an enrolled student

• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and interest in the practical application of AI technologies

• Structured, independent way of working as well as enjoyment in preparing knowledge, improving processes, and developing new solutions

• Ideally, studies in the field of business and social sciences or a technical degree program
