AI Content Manager / LLM Content Specialist (B2B Software)

We are looking for a candidate to create and scale content around our software solution Drupal Wiki.

Our focus lies on modern content strategies, where search engines are increasingly supplemented or replaced by chatbots and KI systems.

Tasks

You will be responsible not only for content creation but also for its scaled dissemination and optimization for AI systems:

Content & Editing

• Creation of blog articles, landing pages, and product texts
• Development of content on topics such as knowledge management, QM, KI, and enterprise software
• Creation of structured content that can be well processed by LLMs

Ai / Llm-Optimization

• Optimization of content for chatbots and AI systems (e.g. retrieval, structured contents, semantic clarity)
• Development of strategies on how content can be made visible in responses from KI systems
• Work with tools and APIs in the context of LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic)

Automatisation & Scaling

• Setup of content workflows with automation (e.g. generation, distribution, reuse)
• Use of tools for multi-channel broadcasting (website, social media, newsletter etc.)
• Development of efficient processes for creating large amounts of high-quality content

Qualification

• Very good German language skills (compulsory), English is an asset
• Experience in content creation in the B2B or software sector
• Able to build content clearly, structured and user-centered
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI tools
• Understanding of: prompting, content structuring for AI, semantic search/retrieval
• Experience with automation tools (e.g. APIs, no-code/low-code tools, scripting)
• Analytical thinking and structured working style
