Working Student: AI & Business Automation (m/f/d)

As a Working Student AI & Business Automation (m/f/d), you will work at the intersection of business building, artificial intelligence, and operational implementation.

Together with our Venture and Leadership Team, you will identify processes and business areas where AI and automation can make a real difference – and implement the appropriate solutions directly. This is not about theoretical concepts or pure analyses: you will build workflows, test tools, structure data, and develop solutions that are actually used in everyday work.

You will be given a lot of responsibility early on and work on topics from various areas – from operations and sales to finance and new business models. This role is for you if you are not only excited about technology but also want to actively use it to solve real business problems.

AI & Automation

• You will identify processes with automation potential and develop concrete solutions for them.
• You will build and optimize AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools, for example with n8n, Make, APIs, or modern AI tools.
• You will test new AI applications and evaluate how they can be meaningfully integrated into our existing processes.
• You will accompany solutions from the initial idea through testing to productive use.

• You will analyze existing business processes and identify weaknesses, manual steps, and scaling potentials.
• You will develop new processes and digital solutions together with the team.
• You will support business building projects and help to quickly validate and implement new ideas.
• You will work closely with various teams and translate operational challenges into concrete solution approaches.

• You will work with data from different systems and help to make relevant key figures transparent and usable.
• You will support the development and ongoing improvement of reports and dashboards.
• You will analyze data and derive concrete recommendations for action for operational and strategic issues.
• You will ensure that data and key figures are understandable and reliable.

• You will monitor new developments around AI, automation, and digital business models.
• You will test new tools and technologies and evaluate their benefits for Talentspring.
• You will contribute your own ideas and have the opportunity to quickly try out new approaches in practice.

• Studies & Availability: You are currently enrolled in a program, for example in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Entrepreneurship, Data Science, or a comparable degree program, and can support us for approximately 20 hours per week.
• AI-Native Mindset: You naturally use AI tools in your daily life and are eager to dive deep into new technologies and applications.
• Hands-on Mentality: You don't just want to analyze or create presentations, but also build, try out, and improve things yourself.
• Technical Understanding: You have already gained initial experience with automation tools, APIs, AI workflows, or coding – for example, with n8n, Make, Zapier, Python, JavaScript, or comparable tools.
• Business Acumen: You can quickly understand business processes and know that a technical solution is only good if it solves a real problem.
• Analytical Strength: You work systematically with data, key figures, and complex questions, and critically question results.
• Ownership: You work independently, actively drive topics forward, and don't wait for every next step to be dictated to you.
• German: You communicate confidently in spoken and written German at a C2 level, as collaboration and coordination with our internal teams are primarily conducted in German.
• English: You are comfortable navigating English-speaking tools, documentation, and technical resources.
