Aufgaben

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You will support our Account Manager:innen in managing the Social-Media-Game of our clients internally and externally.
• You will take on your own projects and ensure that Briefings, Timings, and Alignments run smoothly.
• You will work closely with Kreation, Performance, Redaktion, and Konzept/Strategie together and keep all parties informed.
• You will create Briefings for our departments and learn how ideas become performant social media measures.
• You will prepare results in Reportings and develop an understanding of how Social Performance is evaluated.
• You will actively participate, think with, and learn to take responsibility step by step, taking over responsibility.

Qualifikation

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are an enrolled student:in, ideally in the field of (Digital) Marketing, BWL or Kommunikation.
• You have 15 to 20 hours per week available.
• You are interested in Social Media, platform logic, target groups, and formats.
• First experience in the agency field or project management is a plus, but not a must.
• You work structured and reliably and have a good sense of priorities.
• You can clearly and empathetically communicate, both internally and externally.
• You want to learn, develop yourself, and taking over responsibility early.
• You master German and English securely in word and writing.
