IT Support / Technical Customer Support

The Projektron GmbH develops and markets the web-based project management software Projektron BCS. To support our over 820 customers across Europe and continuously develop our software, more than 130 employees work at five locations in Germany.

As of now, we are looking for students for our IT Support with 16 to 20 hours per week at our main location in Berlin.

Tasks

The team of Technical Customer Support handles over 13,000 technical inquiries and adjustments annually through the ticket system integrated into Projektron BCS.

In the context of your student internship, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience with one of the best employers in Berlin-Brandenburg. You can support Technical Customer Support in the following areas:

• Jointly reviewing and classifying tickets, checking feasibility and estimating the effort required for customer inquiries
• Serving as an interface between customers, our advisors, and development
• Communicating with key users and taking over 2nd-level support
• Writing XML files and implementing precise requirements using the Web Config Editor
• Performing remote installations for customers and maintaining instances of our automated hosting

The minimum three-month induction period will take place at our main location in Berlin during the semester breaks.

Qualification

• Enrollment in one of the following fields: (Business-) Informatics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or similar
• Very good grades in your studies
• Friendly demeanor and independent and result-oriented work style in a team
• Interest in software introduction projects and project management
• Experience using application software is an advantage
• Good English skills are an advantage
