Aufgaben

As a Werkstudent, you will not be just a mere assistant, but an active part of the Marketplace team and support the team in the operational daily business of our Amazon Vendor- and Seller Accounts. Amazon is our largest revenue driver. At the same time, we are currently expanding onto the marketplaces Otto and About You. You will receive the opportunity to get to know the B2C marketplace business in-depth and gain insights into the economic levers of an international e-commerce business.

Amazon Vendor

• Analyzing sales, inventory, and forecasts for validating weekly order quantities
• Reviewing and processing weekly orders
• Setting up and maintaining orders in the internal ERP system
• Preliminary preparation, comparison, and control of invoices and fees in coordination with accounting

Amazon Seller

• Ensuring a continuous flow of goods through inventory analysis and demand forecasting
• Setting up and processing orders in the ERP system
• Supporting operational management of the seller business

Darüber hinaus

• Participation in evaluations, reports, and performance analyses
• Perspective insights into deal funding, margin logic, and performance marketing

Qualifikation

• Studies in an economics- or marketing-oriented field
• High numerical affinity and secure handling of Excel
