Working Student in Sales Support (m/f/d)

Andres Industries AG develops high-quality, robust outdoor IT solutions in the center of Berlin. Our product portfolio includes protective housings for tablets (e.g. Apple), flexible mounting systems, and specialized thermal imaging technology for security-critical applications.

At our location on Weißenseer Weg, we operate a modern campus with quiet rooms, a fitness area including showers, and an open campus kitchen.

To support our sales team, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in sales support on a part-time basis, starting immediately. You will support the sales team in day-to-day operational business, process customer inquiries, and be involved in order and process management.

Tasks

• You will support the sales team in operational day-to-day business (no cold calling)

• You will process customer inquiries, orders, and complaints by phone and in writing

• You will assist with order processing and sales-related documentation

• You will work closely with the sales team and adjacent departments

• You will maintain data and transactions in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

• You will support administrative and organizational sales tasks

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in the fields of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable course of study

• You are preferably in an advanced semester

• You have an interest in technical products and sales-related processes

• You have a good basic technical understanding

• First experience in sales, customer service, or administrative processes is an advantage

• You ideally have initial knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

• You work in a structured, reliable, and communicative manner

• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1)
