Tasks

You're not just an intern – you'll become the central pillar of our accounting:

🎬 Contribution to bookkeeping: You support in checking, counting, and recording incoming and outgoing invoices.

🎬 Deadline Support: You work all data so that it's ready by the 8th of the following month for sales tax advance notification – reliability is your trademark here.

🎬 Payroll Assistance: You maintain employee records and prepare monthly payroll runs. Discretion is self-evident to you in this regard.

🎬 Administrative Support: You keep track of payment transactions and help with monitoring open items (preparation for reminder letters).

Qualification

✅ Education or Study: You're currently pursuing an education (e.g., tax clerk, business administration) or a study (business administration, economics, finance).

✅ Number Focus: You work accurately. A small arithmetic error is not for you.

✅ Tech-Stack: Familiarity with classic MS Office programs and experience with DATEV.

✅ Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
